Documents are bar-coded and the details entered into our database tracking system which shows all the information required for quick identification and retrieval, we know the current location & complete movement history of every box!

On Written instruction from a pre approved contact. RADS will securely destroy unwanted documents, without the need for a storage contract.

 

RADS offer a complete archive management service where all documents are boxed indexed to create an archive system.... which is individual to your needs. Archiving documents for long and short term storage on our Nottingham site. 

 

RADS can store data tapes and microfiche  In a highly secure, environmentally controlled vault. Your tapes are collected from your site and retained in our Vault. We also offer a scanning service for documents which then can be complied in a digital archive.
